Sole introduction

The sole is made of Italian cowhide sole of about 4-5mm. The shoemaker needs to cut the entire cowhide sole into the size of the sole by hand, and then make it into a shape that meets the requirements of the shoe. The leather sole is not only wear-resistant, but also has good quality. It has the characteristics of breathability, sweat absorption and moisture resistance.
Casual sole: We use the internationally recognized Vibram sole. Vibram sole has good abrasion resistance, moisture resistance, and slip resistance. No matter the wet rock, mud or sand, it can’t match this sole.

Specially treated twine

The twine used to sew shoes is waxed. Rub the thread back and forth on the wax block and the twine will be waxed. The purpose is to make the thread easier to sew, and also to increase the thread's toughness, so that when the thread encounters some external environments such as water, it reduces the corrosion of the thread, increases the service life of the shoe, and removes some fluff from the twine.

Introduction to insoles

The insole with first layer vegetable tanning leather absorbs sweat, breathes air and has strong plasticity. Vegetable tanning leather does not contain harmful substances, can be in direct contact with the human skin, also known as vegetable tannin leather. The first layer of leather is the best layer of cowhide, it is different from the current market common spray leather (spray leather is sprayed on the skin with a layer of pigment paste, It is used to cover the grain and imperfections of the original skin, so the belly area and the skin with too many imitations are usually painted after finishing. However, the whole grain leather is exactly the most primitive state to show people, which is doomed to use the full grain leather, you can only select the best part of the cow.
